The present invention relates to a drawer pull-out with a cabinet body to be fastened to a cabinet body rail and with a drawer to be attached to a drawer rail, which is mounted relative to the carcass rail movable.
Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement with a drawer and with a drawer extension of the type to be described.
According to the prior art, locking devices are known, by means of which a drawer in its entirety can be mounted or removed without tools on the drawer rail of a drawer extension guide, so that the drawer can be completely detached from the drawer extension guide, for example for cleaning purposes, and fastened again. The drawer pull-out is thereby preassembled on the furniture, whereupon the drawer for mounting the same is placed on the drawer rail and moved backwards until an automatic locking of a locking member with the located in the closed position drawer rail.
Examples of such a fastening option are described in EP 0 421 458 B1 and in DE 20 2007 006 549 U1 by the applicant. The latching takes place here by resilient latching parts, the staggered stop surfaces are engaged in succession in a recess of the drawer rail, whereby an automatic latching with constant reduction of the game between drawer and drawer rail is brought about.
These locking devices are usually arranged on the underside of a drawer bottom and screwed to the drawer bottom and / or with the drawer front panel. The mounting of the locking device has to be precise position, so that the position of the locking member in the mounting position with a recess or locking edge of the drawer rail can interact exactly. Qualified personnel and appropriate care are therefore required for this assembly.
Object of the present invention is therefore to simplify the installation of a drawer relative to the drawer pull-out.
This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims.
Consequently, the drawer pull-out guide according to the invention has the following features: a carcass rail to be fastened to a furniture carcass, a drawer rail to be fastened to a drawer, which is movably mounted relative to the carcass rail, a locking device by means of which the drawer can be releasably locked relative to the drawer rail is, - wherein the locking device has at least one locking part, which is movably supported by a handle element between a locking position locking the drawer and a releasing position releasing the drawer, - wherein the locking device is arranged on the drawer rail.
Thus, the drawer rail can already be provided with a locking device from the factory, so that the relevant functional parts of the locking unit are no longer to be screwed on site to the drawer. It is also possible to offer the drawer extension guide and the locking device in a set, wherein the locking device can be mounted as a retrofitted unit on the drawer rail - for example by a snap connection. Thus, it is therefore sufficient if the drawer has a recess or a locking edge, which cooperates in the mounting position with the locking part of the locking device. In this way, can be completely dispensed with separately mounted components on site.
According to a preferred embodiment, the locking device is mounted on a front end portion of the drawer rail.
According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the grip element is mounted pivotably relative to the drawer rail. But it is also possible to form the grip element in the form of a linearly movable slide. The gripping element can be mounted laterally on the drawer rail so as to enable easy accessibility for manual actuation. The handle member may be resilient and projecting in the rest position obliquely from the drawer rail.
To achieve a compact embodiment can be provided when the handle member is formed integrally with the locking part.
In a further embodiment it can be provided that the locking device has at least one inlet slope, through which the drawer during assembly thereof can be guided in the lateral direction relative to the drawer rail. Thus, on the one hand an exact lateral positioning of the drawer relative to the drawer rail is possible, on the other hand is prevented by this insertion that the outside of a drawer side wall contacted during assembly of the drawer attached to the side wall of the furniture body, metallic mounting flange of the carcass rail. If, in fact, the drawer side wall has a sensitive surface, then this could be damaged by sliding along this mounting flange, which is effectively prevented by the intended inlet slope.
The locking member may be resilient or acted upon by a spring, wherein an automatic locking of the locking member relative to the drawer is possible. The latching part may have at least one catch, which cooperates in the locking position locking the drawer with a recess or with a latching edge of a carrier rail, which is pre-mounted on the drawer. The locking member can be moved by manual actuation of the handle member against the resilient action of the locking member from this locking position, whereby the drawer is released relative to the drawer rail.
According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the locking device in its entirety is manufactured in one piece from plastic, wherein a cost-effective production by injection molding is possible.

The locking device 7 is integrally molded in one piece from plastic and is placed on the front end of the drawer rail 6. The support rail 12 forms in cross-section of a U-shaped profile, which surrounds the drawer rail 6 from above in mounting position. The locking part 8 of the locking device 7 is provided with at least one detent 13, which cooperates in the locking position 3 locking the detent with a recess or with a locking edge 14 of the support rail 12. In the illustrated embodiment, the locking part 8 has a plurality of offset in the longitudinal direction of the drawer rail 6 notches 13, which can cooperate with a plurality of longitudinally offset of the support rail 12 locking edges 14. In this way, the drawer 3 via the support rail 12 at a plurality of predetermined locking positions relative to the drawer rail 6 releasably latched.
FIG. 4a shows the locking device 7 to be fastened to the drawer rail 6 in a perspective view. The locking device 7 has a main body 15 which carries the gripping element 9 and the latching part 8 with the notches 13. The lift-off 10 comprises an insertion opening 10 a, which is bounded below by the base body 15 and above by a horizontally extending web 16, wherein the insertion opening 10 a for inserting a pin, which is preferably arranged on the support rail 12 - is provided, so that the web 16 a lifting of the pin (and thus lifting the drawer 3) prevented in mounting position. The locking device 7 has at least one inlet bevel 30a, through which the carrier rail 12 (and thus drawer 3) during assembly in the lateral direction relative to the drawer rail 6 can be guided. The locking device 7 is provided on the upper side with a support 33 for the drawer 3, whereby the drawer 3 does not rest on the drawer rail 6 over the entire length. Now, if the drawer 3 is adjusted at its rear by a known adjustment in the vertical direction, the support 33 serves as a pivot axis for the drawer 3, wherein by a height adjustment on the back of the drawer 3 and the front area of the drawer 3 (Fig. and thus the front panel for tilt adjustment 7 of the same) about this transversely to the longitudinal extent of the drawer rail 6 extending support 33 is pivotable or tiltable.
Fig. 4b shows the locking device 7 in a plan view, wherein the handle member 9 (and thus the locking member 8) about a vertically extending, imaginary axis (A) is pivotal or verbieg bar. To unlock the drawer 3 so the handle member 9 is pivoted about the axis (A) in the direction of arrow to the base body 15, whereby the locking member 8 moves into a release position and thus the drawer 3 is released relative to the drawer rail 6. For improved guidance and support of the locking part 8, a sliding element 31 is provided, which is slidably supported on a fixed guide 18 of the base body 15. The support of the sliding member 31 on the guide 18 also has the advantage that in a manual suit of the assembled drawer 3 in the pull-34, the force does not affect the Schwenkaehse (A), but the power flow to the base body 15 and the drawer rail 6 derived is, whereby the risk of breakage of the locking device 7 in the region of the pivot axis (A) is significantly reduced. On both sides of the main body 15 inlet slopes 30a and 30b are formed, which are provided for the lateral guidance of the drawer 3 during assembly thereof.
Fig. 5a shows the front portion of Schubiadenausziehführung 4 in a perspective view, wherein at the front end of the drawer rail 6, the locking device 7 is mounted. About the offset in the longitudinal direction of the drawer rail 6 notches 13, the support rail 12 can be set in different depth positions relative to the drawer rail 6.
Fig. 5b shows the front end portion of Schubiadenausziehführung 4 in a perspective view, wherein the support rail 12 - which is pre-mounted on the drawer 3 - is connected via the locking device 7 with the drawer rail 6. The detents 13 shown in Fig. 5a act in the Arresting position with the locking edges 14 of the support rail 12 together. By manual pressure on the handle member 9 in the direction of drawer rail 6, the lock between the support rail 12 and drawer rail 6 is releasable again. 8th
FIG. 6 shows the drawer pull-out guide 4 with the carcass rail 5 and the drawer rail 6 in a view from below, wherein the mounting of the support rail 12 connected to the drawer 3 is shown. The support rail 12 has two vertically extending legs 19a and 19b, wherein on the leg 19a, the locking edges 14 project laterally in the direction of the other leg 19b. By the inlet slope 30a of the vertically extending legs 19a of the support rail 12 is directed during assembly in the lateral direction. In this way, the other leg 19b can be moved laterally away from the mounting flange 5a of the carcass rail 5, so that the drawer side wall 11 (FIG. 3) can not contact the mounting flange 5a of the carcass rail 5 fastened to the furniture carcass 2 during assembly of the drawer 3. Damage to the outside of the drawer side wall 11 can thus be avoided.
FIGS. 7a-7c respectively show the drawer pull-out guide 4 with the carrier rail 12 connected thereto in a view from below, the carrier rail 12 being fixed at different latching positions relative to the drawer rail 6. In Fig. 7a, a first depth position (Δχ1) of the support rail 12 is shown relative to the drawer rail 6, wherein the detents 13 of the locking device 7 with the locking edges 14 of the support rail 12 in a first relative position cooperate. In Fig. 7b, a second depth position (Δχ2) of the support rail 12 (and thus the drawer 3) is shown relative to the drawer rail 6, while Fig, 7c illustrates a third depth position of the drawer 3 relative to the drawer rail 6, in which the support rail 12 and Carcass rail 5 are substantially aligned with each other. These different detent positions serve to connect the carrier rail 12 (and thus the drawer 3) as far as possible without play with the drawer rail 6 in order to compensate for tolerances that occur. By manual pressure on the handle member 9, the locking between the support rail 12 and drawer rail 6 is releasable again.
8 shows the front area of the drawer pull-out guide 4 with the carcass rail 5 and the drawer rail 6 and the associated locking device 7 in a perspective view from above. The anti-lift device 10 comprises a web 16, by means of which a pin 20 formed on the carrier rail 12 is prevented from moving in the vertical direction, so that the front area of the drawer 3 can not be lifted off the drawer rail 6 in the mounted position.
Fig. 9 shows a furniture 1 with a furniture body 2 and movable drawers 3 in a perspective view. By means of the described locking device 7, both drawers 3 with a front panel as well as so-called internal extensions 21 can be fastened relative to the drawer rail 6 of the drawer pull-out guide 4. The inner drawer 21 has a front wall 23, which does not abut against the end face of the furniture body 2, but lies in the closed position between the two side walls of the furniture body. For the defined position of the inner drawer 21 relative to the end face of the furniture body 2, the locking device 7 a - preferably spring-mounted - stop 24, which is shown and described in Fig. 11a and Fig. 11b.
Fig. 10 shows a drawer 3 in a perspective view, wherein at the two lateral edge regions of the drawer 3 each have a support rail 12 is pre-assembled. The carrier rails 12 are each connected to a side wall 11 and a drawer bottom 22. Visible are the two vertically extending webs 19a and 19b of the support rail 12, wherein the locking device 7 relative to the leg 19a of the support rail 12 is releasably latched.
11a shows the front area of the drawer pull-out guide 4 in a perspective view from below, wherein the detents 13 of the locking device 7 interact with the latching edges 14 of the carrier rail 12 (not visible here). The locking device 7 further comprises a sprung stop 24, which rests in the closed position of the drawer rail 6 on the front side of the carcass rail 5. This has the particular advantage that an internal extension 21 (FIG. 9) -whose front wall 23 can not strike against the front side of the furniture body 3-occupies a defined closed position relative to the front side of the furniture body 2. Fig. 11b shows the circled in Fig, 11a area in an enlarged view, wherein the stop 24 of the
Locking device 7 rests against a bent web 32 of the carcass rail 5. Another function of the stop 24 is that the drawer 3 is movable in its closed end position against the loading of the stop 24 in the direction of the furniture body 2. In other words, the drawer 3 can be pressed in the closed position due to the resilient stop 24 by a predetermined distance (for example, about 0.5 mm), this release stroke by a (not shown here) ejection device (in particular by a touch-latch Fitting) is detected, whereupon the drawer 3 is ejected by the ejection device, starting from a closed end position into an open position. These known per se touch-latch fittings can be used in particular in drawers 3, the front panel (for example, for aesthetic reasons) have no grip option or in combination with an internal pullout 21 shown in FIG.
The present invention does not relate to the illustrated embodiments, but encompasses any variations and technical equivalents that may fall within the scope of the following claims. Also, the location information chosen in the description, such as top, bottom, side, etc., related to the immediately described or illustrated figure and are mutatis mutandis to transfer to the new location. The locking device 7 for releasably locking the drawer 3 relative to the drawer rail 6 may have a locking part 8, which is relative to the drawer rail 6 form-fit and swing out, the positive locking by a locking part 8 with pawls, tooth-like approaches, hooks or claws - which with The drawer rail 6 interaction - may be formed and wherein the locking member 8 is held in the secured position of the drawer 3 relative to the drawer rail 6 by spring force - in particular by inherent elasticity - in this engaged position.
